ይህንን እንጀራ ንጹሕ ሥጋህ ይሆን ዘንድ ለውጠው፤ በዚህ ጽዋ ውስጥ የተቀዳውንም ወይን የከበረ ደምህ ይሆን ዘንድ ለውጠው፤ ለሁላችንም ለነፍሳችን፣ ለሥጋችንና ለሕሊናችንም ፈውስና መዳን ይሆን ዘንድ ይቅረብ።

And change this bread to become Thy pure body, and what is mingled in this cup to become Thy precious blood, let them be offered for us all for healing and for the salvation of our soul and our body and our spirit.

የሁላችን ንጉሥ ክርስቶስ አምላካችን ሆይ፤ አንተ ነህ፤ ለአንተም ከቸር ሰማያዊ አባትህና ሕይወትን ከሚሰጥ ካንተ ጋር በትክክል ከሚተካከል ከመንፈስ ቅዱስ ጋርም ምስጋናን፣ ክብርንና ስግደትን እንልካለን፤ ዛሬም ዘወትርም ለዘላለሙ አሜን።

Thou art the King of us all, Christ our God, and to Thee we send up high praise and glory and worship, with Thy good heavenly Father and the Holy Spirit, the life giver, who is co-equal with Thee, both now and ever and world without end. Amen.

ይህ የአባቶቻችን የሐዋርያት ትእዛዝ ነው፤ ማንም በልቡ ቂምና በቀልን፣ ቅናትንና ጥላቻን በባልንጀራው ላይ፣ በሌላም በማንም ላይ ቢሆን አይያዝ።

This is the order of our fathers the Apostles: Let none Keep in his heart malice or revenge or envy or hatred towards his neighbor, or towards any other body.

በፍርሃት ሆናችሁ ለእግዚአብሔር ስገዱ፤ አቤቱ በፊትህ እንሰግዳለን፣ እናመሰግንሃለንም። (ስግደት)

Worship the Lord with fear. Before Thee, Lord, we worship, and Thee do we glorify. (bow)

የወልድ የፍታት ጸሎት፤ ጌታችንና አምላካችን መድኃኒታችን ኢየሱስ ክርስቶስ ሆይ፤ የአብ ቃል የሆንክ አንድ ልጅ፤ በሕይወት ሰጪና በማዳን መከራህ የኃጢአታችንን ማሰሪያ ሁሉ የሰበርክ፤ በተቀደሱ ደቀ መዛሙርትህና በንጹሐን አገልጋዮችህ ፊት እፍ ያልህባቸውና መንፈስ ቅዱስን ተቀበሉ፤ ኃጢአታቸውን ይቅር ያላችኋቸው ሁሉ ይቅር ይባሉላቸዋል፤ ይቅር ያላላችኋቸውም አይቀሩላቸውም ያልካቸው።

The Absolution of the son. Master, Lord Jesus Christ, the Only-begotten Son, the Word of God the Father, who hast broken off from us all the bonds of our sins through Thy life-giving and saving sufferings, who didst breathe upon the face of Thy holy disciples and pure ministers saying to them: Receive the Holy Spirit: whatsoever man's sins ye remit they are remitted unto them, and whatsoever sins ye retain they are retained:

አሁንም ጌታ ሆይ በቅድስት ቤተ ክርስቲያንህ ውስጥ ሁል ጊዜ የክህነትን አገልግሎት ይሠሩ ዘንድ ለንጹሐን አገልጋዮችህ ክህነትን የሰጠሃቸው፤ በምድር ላይ ኃጢአትን ያስተሰርዩ ዘንድ፣ የክፋትንም ማሰሪያ ሁሉ ያስሩና ይፈቱ ዘንድ፤ ዳግመኛም ሰውን ከምትወድ ከበጎነትህ እንለምንሃለን፤ ስለምንወዳቸው ስለ ወንዶቹና ስለ ሴቶቹ አገልጋዮችህ፣ ስለ አባቶቼ፣ ስለ ወንድሞቼና ስለ እህቶቼ፣ ስለ እኔም ስለ ደካማው አገልጋይህ በተቀደሰው መሠዊያህ ፊት ራሳቸውን ስላዘነበሉት ሰዎች እንለምንሃለን።

Thou therefore, O Lord, hast now granted the priesthood to Thy pure ministers that do the priests; office at all times in Thy holy church that they may remit sin on earth, may bind and loosen all the bonds of iniquity. Now again we pray and entreat of Thy goodness, O lover of man, on behalf of these Thy servants and handmaids, my fathers and my brothers and my sisters, and also on my own behalf, on me Thy feeble servant, and on behalf of them that bow their heads before Thy holy altar:

የምሕረትህን መንገድ አዘጋጅልን፤ የኃጢአታችንን ማሰሪያ ሁሉ ቁረጥልን፤ አቤቱ አውቀን ወይም ሳናውቅ የሠራነውን፣ በሽንገላ ወይም በክፉ ልብ ቢሆን፣ በሥራም ሆነ በንግግር ወይም በሕሊና ማነስ የሠራነውን፤ አንተ የሰውን ድካም ታውቃለህና፤ የፍጥረት ሁሉ ጌታ የሆንክ ቸሩና ሰውን የምትወድ አምላክ ሆይ፤ አቤቱ የኃጢአታችንን ስርየት ስጠን፤ ባርከን፣ ቀድሰን፣ ነጻም አውጣን፤ ሕዝብህንም ሁሉ ፍታቸው፤ በስምህ ፍርሃትም ሙሉን፤ ቅዱስ ፈቃድህንም በመሥራት አጽናን።

prepare for us the way of Thy mercy, break and sever all the bonds of our sins, whether we have trespassed against Thee, O Lord, wittingly or unwittingly or in deceit or in evilness of heart, whether in deed or in work or through smallness of understanding, for Thou knowest the feebleness of man. O good lover of man and Lord of all creation, grant us, O Lord, forgiveness of our sins, bless us and purify us and set us free and absolve all Thy people and fill us with the fear of Thy name, and establish us in the doing of Thy holy will.

ዳግመኛም ሰውን ከምትወድ ከበጎነትህ እንለምንሃለን፤ ስለምንወዳቸው ስለ ወንዶቹና ስለ ሴቶቹ አገልጋዮችህ፣ ስለ አባቶቼ፣ ስለ ወንድሞቼና ስለ እህቶቼ፣ ስለ እኔም ስለ ደካማው አገልጋይህ በተቀደሰው መሠዊያህ ፊት ራሳቸውን ስላዘነበሉት ሰዎች እንለምንሃለን፤ የምሕረትህን መንገድ አዘጋጅልን፤ የኃጢአታችንን ማሰሪያ ሁሉ ቁረጥልን፤ አቤቱ አውቀን ወይም ሳናውቅ የሠራነውን፣ በሽንገላ ወይም በክፉ ልብ ቢሆን፤

በሥራም ሆነ በንግግር ወይም በሕሊና ማነስ የሠራነውን፤ አንተ የሰውን ድካም ታውቃለህና፤ የፍጥረት ሁሉ ጌታ የሆንክ ቸሩና ሰውን የምትወድ አምላክ ሆይ፤ አቤቱ የኃጢአታችንን ስርየት ስጠን፤ ባርከን፣ ቀድሰን፣ ነጻም አውጣን፤ ሕዝብህንም ሁሉ ፍታቸው፤ በስምህ ፍርሃትም ሙሉን፤ ቅዱስ ፈቃድህንም በመሥራት አጽናን፤ ቸር መድኃኒታችንና አምላካችን ኢየሱስ ክርስቶስ ሆይ፤ ለአንተ ክብርና ጽናት ይገባል፤

እግዚአብሔር በቸርነቱ ሰላምን ይሰጠን ዘንድ ስለ ሰላም እንለምናለን

For the peace holy things we beseech, that God may grant us peace through His Mercy

እግዚአብሔር እምነታችንን በንጽሕና ይጠብቅልን ዘንድ ስለ ሃይማኖታችን እንለምናለን። እግዚአብሔር በመንፈስ ቅዱስ አንድነት እስከ ፍጻሜያችን ድረስ ይጠብቀን ዘንድ ስለ አንድነታችን እንለምናለን።

For our Faith we beseech, that God may grant us to keep the faith in purity. For our congregation we beseech, that God may keep us unto the end in the communion of the Holy Spirit.
